Clear choices, without surprises.
Updated: 31 October 2026.
Your choice
The pop-up offers Full, Essential or Off. Full and Essential currently activate the same booking features: LOVE has not added its own advertising or Google Analytics tags. New optional purposes require a new choice. Off prevents the embedded booking form from loading. You can still browse and contact us directly. The preference used to remember your choice is needed even when you choose Off.
What LOVE stores
The first-party love_cookie_choice cookie stores only the version of this choice and full, essential or off. It contains no name, customer number, reservation number or unique visitor identifier. Its maximum duration is 180 days. It uses Secure and SameSite=Lax and applies to this website domain. A new choice replaces the previous one. The old love_booking_service cookie is removed when you save a new choice.
Online reservations
With Essential or Full, the reservation service loads on pages containing a booking form. HQ Rental Software provides this function and may use necessary session and security technology to keep your entries and booking steps together. The service receives information including your IP address, browser details and what you enter in the form. Address input may use mapping and address services. Using reservations does not automatically give consent for optional tracking. Processing an actual reservation is separate from any marketing choice.
WhatsApp and external links
The welcome bubble on this website is displayed by LOVE itself. It loads no WhatsApp widget, tracker or chat connection and sends nothing. WhatsApp opens only when you click its link; its own privacy and cookie settings then also apply. The same principle applies to a direct link to the reservation service. You can also email or call us.
Administration and security
Authorised WordPress administrators may additionally use necessary login and preference cookies. These are not required for ordinary visitors and do not provide a customer account. Hosting and security services process technical information to deliver and protect the website. Not every technical processing operation is a cookie; further information is provided in our privacy notice.
Changing, withdrawing and questions
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time, as easily as on your first visit. After Off, the booking form no longer loads after reloading. This does not delete an existing reservation or information already lawfully held by a service. You can remove cookies previously placed by external services through browser settings. Questions?
